BTCCSquare news:

Bo Hines, Executive Director of the White House crypto Council under former President Donald Trump, has resigned to return to the private sector. His departure signals a shift in the administration's digital assets policy arm, coming just weeks after he led a working group urging the SEC to adopt tailored rules for crypto.

Patrick Witt, Hines' deputy, will assume the role. Hines will retain an advisory position, maintaining ties to the crypto ecosystem. "Serving in President Trump’s administration has been the honor of a lifetime," Hines stated on X, emphasizing his continued support for U.S. crypto growth.

The move raises questions about potential policy adjustments as the TRUMP campaign navigates an evolving regulatory landscape. Industry observers note the timing coincides with heightened scrutiny of digital asset frameworks.
